Information for Prospective Nursing Students
Please read and carefully follow the instructions below.
- If you are considering a Bachelors degree in Nursing, attend one of the
Preadmissions Information Sessions for Undergraduate Programs
designed specifically for
prospective BSN students.
- If you are considering a Masters degree in Nursing, attend one of the
Master of Science in Nursing Information Sessions
designed specifically for
prospective MSN students.
- Review the information provided by SFSU for all prospective students.
- Read the
Nursing
Program Information for the program that applies to you.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (including RN to BSN)
- Master of Science in Nursing (including Generic Masters)
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate
- If you are considering applying to the BSN program, review the
new requirements on the
Fact Sheet for the BSN program.
- If you live in the Sequoia Health District:

- If you are an RN and are interested in obtaining a MSN degree, please review the Information Sheet
