School of Nursing Covid-19 Reporting Algorithm

The SF State School of Nursing has developed the COVID-19 Reporting algorithm with expectations for students and faculty who have:

1. been exposed to a COVID positive person
2. signs and symptoms of COVID-19, but have not been tested
3. tested positive for COVID-19
4. signs and symptoms of COVID-19, but has a negative COVID-19 test
5. tested positive for COVID-19, but no signs or symptoms of COVID-19
