Connie Carr MSN, FNP Poster Presentation

Connie Carr MSN, FNP presented her poster on PAL-MED Connect at the Hospice and Palliative Nurse Association meeting in New Orleans March 12-16, 2013. PAL-MED is a program that provides access to consultations with palliative care experts for individuals who are living with chronic disease. The poster won a blue ribbon award at the meeting.
